Pig Kissing Day
May 24, 2006 The Altamont Creek students had a very special 190-pound visitor, Gilbert the pig, visit our school. Ms. Flint promised to kiss a pig if the students reached their reading goal of 15,000 points in our Accelerated Reader program. The student's final totals were 18, 870 reading points. AC students enjoyed watching the big kissing event and visiting with Gilbert the pig. Thank you to the Goff family for sharing Gilbert with our school.
